The Art of the Possible

Build & Deploy.

Real AI tools, built for your business, deployed to work alongside what you already have. Here's what's possible — and what could move the needle most for a small business like yours.

What we build for small businesses.

Every business is different — but these are the AI tools we see deliver outsized results for small business owners again and again.

AI Voice Receptionist

Highest impact for service businesses

A virtual receptionist that answers every call in your business voice — books appointments, answers common questions, takes messages, and routes urgent calls to you. 24/7, in any language, never misses a call.

What it changes Missed calls = missed revenue. Most service businesses lose 20–40% of inbound calls to voicemail. An AI Receptionist captures every one — even after hours.

Customer Service Chatbot

Best for online-facing businesses

A chatbot on your website that answers your most-asked customer questions — hours, pricing, services, policies, scheduling, order status — using your real business info. Available 24/7.

What it changes The same 10–20 questions don't keep eating your team's time. Customers get instant answers, even at 2 AM. Conversions go up.

Lead Capture & Qualification

Best for businesses with high lead flow

An AI that talks to new leads instantly — asks the right qualifying questions, sorts hot leads from tire-kickers, and books a meeting with you if they're a fit. Built into your website, SMS, or email.

What it changes The first business to respond to a lead wins. AI responds in seconds, not hours. You spend your time on real prospects, not screening calls.

Knowledge Base AI

Best for document-heavy businesses

An internal AI assistant that knows your business documents inside and out — handbooks, policies, manuals, contracts, SOPs. Your team asks it questions in plain English; it answers from real sources.

What it changes New hires get answers without hunting through files. Veteran employees stop being the "go-to" for every question. Tribal knowledge becomes searchable.

Workflow Automation

Best for businesses with manual data entry

Connect the tools you already use — CRM, scheduler, email, accounting, storage — so they pass information automatically. New booking? It creates a customer record, sends a confirmation, blocks your calendar, and notifies the right person. Zero clicks.

What it changes The hours your team spends copying data between tools just disappear. Errors drop. Things stop falling through the cracks.

Marketing & Content AI

Best for owner-operated marketing

AI that drafts personalized emails to your list, writes social posts in your voice, repurposes one blog into 10 channels, and follows up with leads at the right moment with the right message — all in your brand voice.

What it changes Marketing stops being the thing you'd do "if I had time." You ship content weekly instead of monthly. Follow-ups actually happen.

Document Processing

Best for paperwork-heavy businesses

AI that reads invoices, contracts, applications, intake forms, or any structured document — pulls out the data, files it into the right system, and flags anything unusual for human review.

What it changes The pile of paperwork that used to take a day of someone's week processes itself. Errors get caught earlier. Your team focuses on judgment, not typing.

AI Agents (When You're Ready)

For businesses ready to go bigger

The next level. Agents don't just answer questions or run one task — they take ownership of entire processes. Following up on overdue invoices. Handling rebooking when an appointment cancels. Managing inventory reorders. End-to-end, with human oversight.

What it changes Entire workflows run themselves. Your business gains a layer of always-on operational intelligence. Best for owners who've already had a few wins with simpler AI.

About Build & Deploy.

How much does a build project cost?

It depends on what you're building. A simple chatbot can run a few thousand dollars. A voice receptionist or full workflow automation is more. Every project is scoped and quoted as a fixed fee — you'll know the number before signing anything. Most clients land between $3,500 and $15,000 for their first project.

How long does it take?

Most small business builds launch in 2 to 8 weeks. Simple chatbots and automations are faster (2–3 weeks). Voice systems, RAG, and multi-tool integrations take longer (5–8 weeks). We agree on the timeline upfront.

Do I have to do an Audit or Strategy first?

Not always. If you already know what you want and the project is well-defined, we can scope it directly from the Discovery Call. For bigger or fuzzier initiatives, we'll usually recommend an Audit or Strategy engagement first — it saves you money in the long run.

Will it work with my existing tools?

Yes. Working with your existing tools is the default approach — we only suggest changing what you have if there's a really good reason. Most AI projects we build sit on top of what you already use.

What if I want changes mid-build?

Small adjustments are fine and expected. Big scope changes get scoped and priced as a change order so the project stays predictable. We talk about it upfront — no surprises.

What about ongoing costs after launch?

Most AI builds have small ongoing software costs (API usage, hosting, third-party tools). We're upfront about these from the scope stage. Typical small business AI tools run $50 to $500/month to operate, depending on volume.

What's included after launch?

30 days of bug fixes and minor adjustments are included with every build, free. After that, most clients move to a Retainer for ongoing care — but it's optional.

Let's figure out what to build first.

The best AI project is the one that delivers value in weeks, not months. Book a Discovery Call and we'll talk about where to start.
