Build AI Confidence in Your Team

Training & Advisory.

Sometimes the best investment isn't a build. It's giving your team the skills to use AI tools they already have — and the confidence to spot opportunities you can act on yourself.

The cheapest AI investment is education.

Tools like ChatGPT and Claude are already in your team's hands. Most just don't know how to use them well. A few hours of training can change what your business does for years.

Demystify the hype

Your team learns what AI actually is, what it can do today, and where it falls short — in plain English.

Practical, not theoretical

Real exercises on real tools, using real business scenarios. Your team leaves with skills they'll use the next day.

You lead with confidence

You stop being intimidated by AI conversations — vendors, employees, peers. You know enough to make smart calls.

About Training & Advisory.

Do I need any tech background to take training?

No. The training is built for people who use computers but don't think of themselves as "technical." If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this.

What if I have a mixed team — some tech-savvy, some not?

That's most teams. The sessions are paced to bring everyone along together, with optional deeper-dive material for people who want more. Nobody gets left behind. Nobody gets bored.

Will training replace the need to build AI tools?

Sometimes, yes. A surprising amount of value comes from your team simply using free or cheap AI tools well. Other times, training builds the foundation that makes a future build project succeed. Either way, it's a smart first investment.

What tools do you train on?

The ones you already use or are likely to adopt — ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, plus task-specific tools. We focus on practical use, not vendor preference.

What's the difference between the Program and Advisory?

The Program is about teaching skills to your team. Advisory is about giving you (the owner) a sounding board for AI decisions. Many clients do both: train the team once, then keep an advisor on call for ongoing decisions.

Can we record the sessions?

Yes — recordings are included for the Workshop and Program. New employees can be onboarded later by watching them. Some clients use them as part of internal training programs.

Can I do training without ever building anything?

Absolutely. Many clients do training alone — no build, no audit, just education. The Advisory retainer is designed for exactly this. If you only ever want training and advice, that's a complete service.
